A full refurbishment was carried out to create the Sky High Café and Bistro on ground level including a newly created terrace area.

Upstairs extensive renovations were carried out on the function room with wall to wall windows overlooking the city skyline and an additional second viewing terrace.

The extensive redevelopment has restored the Observatory’s standing as one of Victoria’s premier tourist destinations.
